Right after, I stayed with boxer after surgery wrap came off. Nothing tight was needed as tight would bother swelling and stitches are pointy pushing into skin. Tried various types and found some at "International Jock" that I need up with. John Sievers as they have a pouch that supports the scrotum and room for your penis so it is not forced down. I have a long post in here somewhere about underwear, but to make a long story short, I use large pouch enhancing underwear similar to what dirtman1993 uses. I wear John Sievers, Agacio large pouch and some brand from China called Howeray that I got for 4 bucks a piece.

For me they're like night and day compared to anything else I have worn; and I have gone through the whole gamut from commando to portholes (The Salvation Army store must have gotten a real laugh out of my last donation.)

Glad I'm not the only one who gave products to Salvation Army with tubes for the penis, jocks with holes for the penis and a few other unusual ones. Can't resist showing one of the interesting one I purchased. If help in the short run but made it stand out just a little to much. Fun through watching women look and some smiled.

After the healing process is complete, I wear regular Fruit of the Loom jockeys type briefs, one size "too small" to help hold my dick "up and to the right" which is the most comfortable position for me...... Good luck...

Boxers were best for me untill I read the post about John Seivers. I like that they have a "pouch" to hold my junk.

Also, most of them are made of Modal which is softer than cotton. I have some T shirts from Calvin Klien made of Modal and that was what sold me on giving them a try. But be careful when ordering because not all of them are made with Modal. Look for "fabric" and they should say like "Modal and lycra".

That was the best for me. Next best was attacking some with scissors. The upright dick underwear was nice but that chinese ball sack the size of a tic tac needed to go.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
