Implanted Jan 4 2017 by Dr. Eid - 70 yo and single...ED gradually over 15 yrs...tired of pills, injections, cock rings....happy with my choice and results. Titan OTR - one 20cm cylinder - one 20cm+1 RTE...."got a rocket in my pocket"....

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Four o'clock inflated. Five-thirty flaccid.
62 years old. ED for years. High BP and meds have done me in. AMS 700 CX /3.0 cm RTE Implanted by Andrew Kramer on 10/12/16. Involved revision to relocate tubes and pump performed 12/29/16 by Dr. Knoll of Nashville, TN.

In my opinion the angle also has something to do with the size. It should be easier to keep a short dick pointing up to 2 o'clock. Long ones, not all of them, might be under the influence of gravity... :lol:

Three o'clock erect, anywhere from 4:15 to 5 o'clock flaccid depending on room temperature (I try to get my wife's attention every time I get out of the hot tub as it looks particularly large and attractive :shock:
