Sorry, I did not notice your question until now. I do not have an implant yet, but my Surgeon says he typically leaves it at about 70%.

Remember, the Surgeon has to balance two opposing requirements, 1 avoid a scar tissue capsule around the implanted penile prosrhetic and 2 avoid a scar tissue capsule around the saline reservoir. The one prevents full inflation and the other prevents full deflation.
