Well, gentlemen.

I have been activated. This afternoon I did my first inflate-deflate. I pumped until I didn't seem to be getting any further results. I have heard that you pump until the bulb is hard and can't be pressed anymore, but I never got to that point. I was always able to press the pump and flatten it out. I did not count the number of pumps which I will do tomorrow.

Attached is a photo of the result. Dr. Kramer says "it's just a first inflation which doesn't have your maximum size/girth yet (not nearly, still not stretched like it will be in 2-3 months), and points slightly downward, which will improve as you learn to pump up more and under high pressure. Some progressive inflation/deflation and cycling are going to make it appear much better as time goes by."

I didn't really have any pain in the doctor's office, but I took two pain pills ahead of time. I'm such a chicken.

When I pumped up a few minutes ago the only pain I had was when squeezing the scrotum which is still tender and I know that will get better. I am going to try again tomorrow because I couldn't get it to where the pump gets marble hard. And I had no idea it could take as many as 50!! I will follow your advice.

Oh, by the way, Dr. Knoll put me on a three-week incremental cycling schedule and said after that was intercourse. I emailed Dr. Kramer and he said it looked good and the length and girth will improve as time goes by. It will be much better in 2-3 months. He said it was fine to go ahead and use it NOW.

He said the downward tilt will improve as I learn to pump up more and under high pressure. He said some progressive inflation/deflation and cycling is going to make it appear much better as time goes by.

It's good just to have that 'pumped up feeling' anytime your home (of course). Just a note, oral softens it up, so just pump it till 'mammas happy'! Happy Humping,

Hi guys,

It's day 35 and I'm starting to cycle twice a day for 15 minutes. I find it kinda uncomfortable especially where the tubing connects to the cylinders. I guess that is an important pressure point. Dr. Kramer instructed me to inflate, then wait a minute and inflate some more, then wait another minute and inflate some more. This is the key to getting good inflation and restoring proper length. He likes the idea of twice a day for 15 minutes each. He told me to go ahead and use the device now and I'm only at 5 weeks, whereas I thought it would be 8 weeks. I tried it out yesterday with great results. I suppose a bit of discomfort at 5 weeks is to be expected.

Additionally, when I am flaccid I am pretty small and have a good bit of expansion to do when going erect, so I'm sure that causes some good stretching.

Here is a picture after inflation this morning. I notice there is still a slight curve on the very end which I expected. This is how we planned it, but if you compare it to my Peyronies pic, then you'll see such a drastic improvement. By the way, that is not an alien popping out of my dick. That's my foot, but it reminds me of the scene in the original Aliens movie.

I'm now deflated and for the first day am wearing regular clothes. Until now I've been wearing a loose fitting athletic suit simply because I can. Being semi-retired and having fewer responsibilities allows me to dress any way I want. Today it's blue jeans and a shirt. So far, so good. Here's today's photo.
