Can you recommend some specialists for penile implant in Europe, especially in Germany/Austria or Switzerland?

This is not a recommendation - this is simply a note of someone you could look up and research further.

Franklin Kuehhas in Austria - who, you should know is a close colleague of Dr. Ralf Herwig who promotes the sclerotherapy procedure for venous leak and is present during the sclerotherapy procedure - is apparently a high volume surgeon and works in Austria a few days a week.

Again, this isn't a "you should use him" statement, he's simply the only surgeon I know who you could possibly utilise in that region.
