I am ten months post-op with my second Titan. I experienced "cold head" to the point of discomfort with my first (botched) implant. With my second (very properly installed - thank you Dr. Perito!!!) implant, I have a cold head in situations like sitting in my recliner or laying on my back with no pants on. When deflated and with my underwear on, my dick lays up toward my belly and is all warm. When it sticks up the head gets cold due to less blood circulation.

On last summer's vacation I spent 3 days "tubing" in the very cold mountain water at Helen GA with little or no discomfort.

The "cold head" I experience now is simply a minor inconvenience compared to the inconvenience of not fucking! Do not let this small "side effect" dissuade you from the joys of having a hard dick!

Good luck!

10 months post-op with AMS 700CX. Yes, I notice, to the touch, the temperature seems cooler, especially the glans. It's not noticeable unless I touch it and it warms when activated. It's great!!

Mine is cool when deflated; warm when inflated. No problem. Main thing is it gets hard and stays hard.
