Olivero,
I not yet posted all about it, but I too have been through botched surgeries and I know all too well about trauma that goes with that. So I commend you for your courage in coming foward. and thus helping others.
My question is what steps are you taking/have taken to fix the surgery?

Wow! Some "special offer"! It seems like since the hospital hurriedly lured you in with the "Special Offer", they at least should pay for your repair and travel expenses to a surgeon experienced in repairing botched PI surgeries.
Also, one would think Coloplast and the hospital would have secured hospital operating privileges for a visiting foreign surgeon! But I know nothing about German laws.

Yes, they lured, that hits the bull's eye. Otherwise I would have waited and inquired more and taken my time. But obtaining this "special offer", I felt some pressure not to lose it and hurried up. Bad, bad thing...

Wilson is from my home town and should not be performing surgery. Dr. Kramer completed mine on July 24th and very good doctor as well as a person.

Wilson is awful, I have absolutely no idea why Coloplast hired him after he got fired by AMS. I had mine done by Kramer at Maryland (like many others…), Wilson was supposed to visit Dr. Kramer when I was there, and he refused to let Wilson into the OR- wouldn't let his OR get compromised or give into the "circus" atmosphere that Wilson was trying to create. I gained a lot of respect for Dr. Kramer- he didn't care whatsoever about Wilson getting upset and yelling about his bruised ego, Kramer wouldn't let Wilson run the show or grandstand in his OR, he just shut him out and didn't seem to care if Wilson was angry or not.

Stringerbell and Thailand,
What's the back story with Wilson?

"he inserted cylinder of size 26 cm in the left corpus, whereas in the right one just 23 cm. He did not even close the left corporotomy!"
After having made an MRI I now know that this crazy old man inserted 26 cm in both sides. :o He's foolish and one should prevent everyone from being operated by this surgeon!! His name is Dr. Christian Leiber, Freiburg, Germany.
