Personally, I'd recommend that you make an appt to see Dr. Kramer, in Baltimore; Dr Garber in Philadelphia & Dr. Eid in NYC. You can get a lot of info on all three docs. here on this site or Google them. They are all top-notch.
Dr Bruce Garber did my implant back in March & I'm very happy.

Are the users 'Harley' and '63 Panhead' the same person or different?

what do you mean you're polishing the 357 magnum? No offense but you sound irrationally angry, no doctor will touch you with an angry or accusatory attitude. That's just life, you're going to get better service and better results from the docs if you approach them kindly. Just a thought- I empathize with you, I'm just saying you'll catch more bees with honey

He is clearly implying that he's contemplating suicide.

Allen Morey at UT Southwestern in Dallas does lots of revisions of botched implants. He would be another choice if you are close.

There actually is a guy in Texas who is regarded as top notch, top of his field: his name is Allen Morey, he's discussed on this board many times. Could be worth asking him if you don't mind taking a quick trip to Dallas.

Dr. Karpman in California also does revisions. He's my surgeon and he is a great guy who does great work. In fact, due to some local screw ups, he is now my regular urologist. I drive five hours to see him.
I am sixty-six years of age and dealing with gradually worsening ED for twenty years. At sixty-three I wanted something that worked reliably. I got an AMS 700 LGX implant in 6/25/13. I am entirely pleased with the outcome. My surgeon was Dr. Karpman.

I had my botched implant replaced in April by Dr. Perito in Miami. The results are amazing. The right doctor DOES make all the difference....
