You should ask a relation to another "friendly" urologist doctor that can assess the errors

Then use a good lawyer and go ahead. Try to seek some lawyers that specializes in medical errors.
I would also tell who are this "top" surgoesn that operated you so others can avoid

BTW since you have had so many surgeries already and you are young I suggest you to go the malleable route. You have a good size so that will not be a problem

Dr Ralph is the surgeon I was going to choose if I went down this route, although it's probably hard to judge on this case since he was the 3rd surgery fixing a previous mistake so is probably not. A. Fair. Reflection on his own Surgery.

Yes but the cylinders were still short despite adding 2cm rte. Meaning they were not positioned correctly to the end. This seems like it would be essential to check this considering the 2 previous mistakes.

Karaman was able to do this without any issue and there was no scar tissue and no reason why it could not have been done previously.
