Trimix gel

Postby Tlink55 » Sun Apr 21, 2024 10:37 pm

Does anyone with implant use trimix gel to help with glans engorgement?

I have. It does work however if you are going to use it I'd suggest you begin with the smallest amount and take it from there. My Dr's initial low dosage was painful. I injected trimix which I found to be an awful experience over two years and the same med is in the gel and it is quite expensive so order a small amount first. I gave it up and my penis head resolved it's floppiness on its own. Not 100 percent but much better. I have 17 months under my belt Coloplast Titan.

Hi Tlink55

I use trimix gel with my implant. I learned about it here on FT. My Uro prescribes it and it is compounded by a pharmacy. This is a gel that you insert in your urethra with an applicator. This is not an injection, but the same material is used. I had my prostate removed and lost my ability to achieve an erection without injections. With the implant I have an awesome erection, but my glans do not swell, so with the gel I have that mushroom head and some additional shaft swelling (rounder shaft) making my cock look like it did when I was 16. It also seems to add sensitivity. You do need to kind of figure out how much you apply. My prescription said half an applicator, but OMG was I monster but in pain. I found a quarter works well for me, so four uses from a syringe applicator. Let me know if you have any questions. I am happy to help. FT is the greatest!

Not directly your question but have you tried a low dose of generic cialis daily. I’ve used 5mg daily and a little more on sex days and it does help a great deal with engorgement in glans and lower shaft. I wasn’t sure exactly how much til I ran out a few months ago and went a week without…. MAN what a difference! Never will I ever run out again. Helps with the BPH also. So added benefits.

I do take 5 mg calls daily and it does help but I'm just not getting the firmness of the glans like I'm used to. I want to do all I can to achieve that goal. Makes the difference between slow easy sex and rougher getting after it sex.

Trimix gel did nothing for me.

Worth a try though.
