Pain when deflated

Postby Tlink55 » Sat Apr 06, 2024 10:08 am

I'm 10 weeks post op ( coloplast titan ) , everything's working good , no problems when erect , but when deflated its very uncomfortable to move it around. Up, down, side to side. Was wondering if this is normal and will it get better with time ? I use to be kind of a shower but now..........
I have a 26 cm implant plus rte. It's kind of difficult to stow it away .
Also the pump seems to be attached to my scrotum and testical is behind and above it. Will this resolve with time ?
Hope to hear from some experienced men

It can take 4-6 months to feel no pain. Most feel better sooner but we all heal differently. At 10 weeks post op you're doing good to be able to inflate with no pain/soreness.

I have this and I believe it is slowly getting better. I wish I could see what is going on in there!

I had some discomfort from dog ears until about 15 weeks, I found wearing traditional briefs helped with that. I was wearing boxers or David Archey.
My pump was attached to my scrotal sack till month 4 then it freed up. I found daily pinching ofthe skin to dislodge it helped.

I have same size implant and fully deflated dog ears or even the creases causes discomfort. I have settled on pumping just enough to pop out the ears and creases and wearing boxer briefs with a down the leg stowage. I don’t think it shows any more than fully deflated in that position. More a function of what you are wearing than the few extra pumps.

It took me over a year for the fixation with pump and scrotum to rectify. It will happen, we all heal differently.
Good luck bro

The dog ears do seem to be the culprit. I've been wearing underwear with a pouch or sling. I'm going to try boxers as you suggested and go down my leg. I was kind of a grower before my implant and not use to the size staying while flaccid. I'll get use to to being a shower. Wife of 40 yrs thinks it's great LOL especially the hardnes. thanks for responding. It's good to hear from others who can relate.

Tlink55,
I am now about 12 weeks out from surgery and it has only been in the last couple of weeks that my dick has hurt less when deflated and tucked in pants. Prior to that (I posted several times here about my extreme pain) it was painful to do anything but be naked. Not sure if it makes any difference, but I try to vary the position often. Sometimes I point my dick down, sometimes up, right, left.... it seems to naturally lean a little to the left when deflated (which was not the case prior to surgery) and I want to have it pointing straight out. (Erect, it is very straight, rigid and points up at 10:00)

Many guys here advised me that time would increase the pliability of the cylinders and that seems to now be happening, for which I am very grateful. I LOVE my erect cock, no doubt, but I'm about the same size as you and it's always going to be a challenge to stuff it into pants.
