69 yr old. Implanted 01/17/2024. Dr Clavell in Huston. Coloplast Titan XL 26 cm cylinders with 1 cm RTE. Lost only1/4" now 8" x 6" . Happy with reliability.

As mentioned before, i do the same, pump up till the dog ears expand, then leave it like that. I also wear a baby sock all day, i think my glanfs were rubbing around all day and maybe losing sensation, but i do wear boxers, briefs might not be an issue.

Normal. Takes time to heal and be pain free. Hot baths and massaging gently pulling away scrotum and pulling down gently on pump can help.
