Having the surgery next week. I have a job mostly sitting at a desk. Was wondering if this pillow, from Lucovitaal, is useful first weeks post surgery. The hole is at the backside.
It's made from bamboo fiber.

Thanx

I used one at work and it was so comfortable I’m setting on it at this moment and every day since. Almost two years. Yes it seemed to help a little first months
58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Maybe. I'd turn it the wrong way though so your sack hangs into the opening. The lump on the front where your sack should sit will probably make things uncomfortable.
