Just wandering, Does anyone give themself a few extra pumps before you go out to get a more noticeable bulge. I must admit, have done this on several occasions just for fun. Might get a few extra stares and it feels good.
Is that a bad thing.

I leave mine pumped about 25%, i like the hang and just feels better. I haven’t noticed stares but I think a few girls at work treat me nicer.

I have a different device. My LGX will really get small like my old grower days if I really work hard at squeezing it and then it will also continue to deflate even more with just movement. Sleeping at night on my stomach will also put some pressure on it and move fluid back into the reservoir. I do not squeeze the cylinders anymore. I just press the deflate button and and make sure it is in deflate mode and just leave it. If it gets too small I will pop the bulb and add a few pumps. Makes it easier to handle to pee with jeans on. The Titan guys should not be the only ones who get to have a much larger flaccid after surgery.

I don't with my Titan, the bulge is enough without adding any pumps. On a few occasions nurses have taken more than one glance at my package. The MRI tech who I caught staring at my groin while she was sliding me into the tube. She's the one who asked three times what kind of implant it was. Just last week at my annual dermatology full body check up there were three females involved, doctor, doctor in training and the nurse. The heavy set nurse couldn't keep her eyes away when I stood up for the docs to check me over in just my underwear.

58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
