I talked to Dr.Clavell last night and shared your post with him . He said he rarely does Malleables but will do them when needed.

Thanks Journeyman,

Going 3 piece is always better size wise, but I was hoping to avoid another surgery. I wonder if he would perform well in a procedure for malleable

Yes , is my opinion. I Malleable seems like it would be easier to implant. Just 2 rods

I'd set up an appointment and talk to Dr. Clavell. You might want to give the 3 piece another shot

I have a Rigicon mallabble implant since 6-2023 .. never had a IPP to compare it ot it was the only thing the Dr. would implant for various reasons. In doing research unless I somehow damage it I don't see it ever needing any updates or reversions. Pros and cons on both types the MPP and the IPP we could drink beer all day and all night and some of us would never agree. It's just like driving a truck .. my Ford will out pull your chevy ..my dodge can stay broken down longer than your ford or chevy. Implant opinions are the same and don't forget to throw in the dr's own personal bias on one implant or the other.

Hard to say since I had a stroke in 7-2022 so no erections since that time plus various levels of ED through the years. I'm 70 so as you should know you lose some with age regardless. I showed the surgeon photos of him 25yrs ago .. his reply was that was then this is now ... I'm just happy to be back in the game at all ...easy to hide and use and I doubt I will ever need a revision in the future ..
