Ton of guys here have been implanted by Dr. Kramer. One of the franktalk hall of famers.
Problem for you is that over time most guys appear, chronicle their journey, ask questions, then after the surgery they fade away back into their usual lives. Fortunately for you is that these archives are available 24/7. They go back several years.
I’d suggest doing a search in the search box above and start binge reading. That said, there may be a few guys active who had him.

Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Do a search on this site for "Kramer" and you will find a lot of mentions. Many of them from men he implanted.
I had some extensive communications with him before I chose a local surgeon (2017). He impressed me as humanitarian, caring, kind, generous with his time and advice and particularly worthy of consideration to do my surgery.

I haven't been on the site for several years. I was implanted with an AMS 700 by Dr. Kramer 6 years ago this Month. All good. He is an incredible Doctor. I called him two week ago to discuss getting an AMS800 Artificial Sphincter. He got back to me immediately. He has moved his practice from Baltimore to Cape Cod. That is not nearly as convenient as the old location. If that is not an issue, I would highly recommend him as on e of the best in the world.

52 yo Gay Male. LA/Palm Springs CA. Had Dr. Elist penile/ball implants in 2009. Had it all removed about a year later (don't do it!!!). Silicone injected into scrotum. ED for about 15 years. Was about 8", now 6.5-7" due to venous leak.
