Understandable that 18 LGX is probably more stable than the 21 LGX. But it seems unusual that Dr. Kansas would say that 18 LGX + bunch of rear tip is more stable that 21 CX. Maybe issue with how deep you are to make sure there isn't a lot of tubing coming out.

Was your procedure complete infrapubic or penoscrotal?
62 year old with 37 year old wife, ED+PD got Coloplast Titan 22 cm no RTE in 2019 with Dr. Irwin Goldstein => pump failure, now revised with plaque excision/tunical expansion to Coloplast Titan 26 no RTE in 2022 by Dr. Darshan Patel. :D

I drove to Dallas from central Arkansas (5-1/2 hours) to get the one I have but my Dr sent a letter out a year later saying he doesn’t do implants anymore. Hopefully I’ll not need a revision for many years but when I do I fully intend to drive (7 hours) to Houston next time and let Clavel do my next one. I rode with the wife driving from Dallas the day after my surgery and it was no issue. Took the first and only pain pill the day of the drive home and still had very little pain and really never had enough to take anything other than ibuprofen.
58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
