you can try to enroll the foreskin over your glans, so you wont feel so much sensation.

that's a great results, your LGX almost identically mimics a natural erection.

Btw I am at 4 months post-op, I am finally seeing my pre-op length (my length was shortened during the accident, so my LGX is fighting to make me regain my old size... you can't imagine the pain I have in my glans especially when I try to push for the maximum)

Yes, I'm very happy with and had around 20 women and there was no one that realized anything, so it not only looks natural but also probably feels natural.

You need to be patient and afzter some more weeks your glans will feel better, try tu use lubricans, it's most important it's gliding with not much pressure into the glans.

Oh, sorry
however, the glans epithelium gets used to the sensation with time, just like if you had a circumcision.
