Implanted and using VED: inflated or deflated?

Postby strongagain » Tue Dec 05, 2023 8:14 am

I wonder, when using a VED and having an implant inside, what be is the correct method: being inflated or being deflated?

dr patel recommended doing it inflated. pump up the implant as much as possible and then apply the VED. 5 minutes twice a day

I only do it fully implant inflated, and while VED pumped up I try to get in more implant pumps if possible. Then when I release the VED I can feel the stretch even more pronounced with the implant at max, which is what I'm going for.

For me, trying to VED while flaccid would likely pull implant tubing into the VED cylinder and in my mind cause it to crimp or be pulled into a location where I don't want it to go. When I'm fully implant inflated, the tubing stays where it's supposed to deep under my shaft when I pump the VED and doesn't seem to be affected by the VED cylinder.

On a tangent to this topic, does anyone have pain/blocking of the VED at he base is the penis from the tubing that goes to the pump?

If my implant is pumped up fully it won’t go into the VED, no way, my dick is far to thick. I can pump it up only to a certain extend.
