Possible poke and restitch..or might need graft...

I've been concerned with it becoming a distal perforation since the beginning when I noticed where it's pushing. I think I may schedule going into doctor a bit earlier and have him double triple check it... and maybe a second opinion.

That has to be a record. Think about it. This dr is giving up some of his family time to attend to his patient. It must be pretty serious to get this level of attention.
Good luck.

Yes. Kaiser (So Cal) is ridiculously, needlessly complicated and bureaucratic and some providers are mediocre.
BUT most of the providers are really good and it seems they go out of their way to make up for the bureaucratic/techno crap!!

Injury noticed Sunday, reported Monday, office visit Tuesday morning (squeezed me in), sugery that night at 10:30pm :D

ShouldIwait - That's great that your doc saw you right away and addressed the issue so quickly. Did your surgeon share with you what the problem was and how they fixed it?

Not yet 24hrs out of O.R....no notes on my web portal at Kaiser. I think he was able to use all the same equipment just reposition and suture the corpora...maybe used a graft. That's what I m curious about...

Very little pain. As long as no infection, should be ready to go soon

Probably one of the more minor revision surgeries. Not like some of the other guys on here

Would you be able to describe some more what it felt like when your cylinder was outside your corpora? I'm afraid mine might have done the same thing. It is completely flat/folded over only on one cylinder, edges of the cylinder are pressing out from the inside , feels like only very thin skin now between the cylinder and outside of my penis
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side
