Day 44,

Everything is going great, having all the sex my wife will give me, 5x ish a week so far. Orgasms are better, maybe better than any point in my life and SOOOO much better than the last 10 years. I don't know if I am having the "super orgasms" discussed on the board but I can say they are fing amazing. And then getting to keep going... Priceless, loving the sloppy seconds and all the sounds my wife makes. My cycling times are improving, I started out only being able to do 5-15 min max in a bath, now I can go 30 min plus, just depends on how hot the water is and how long I can stand being too hot. Anyways, super impressed with Dr. Clavell, I reached out to him last night for the first time via email concerning the surgery and he literally responded in 2 minutes. That kind of response time by a doctor much less of his stature to return an email at 7:00 a at night is unheard of.

Hog, you're doing great at almost 1.5 months out from surgery. Your cycling will pay off, it sounds like you about in the same boat I was in as far as pain when pumped up to the max. It was tough for me to get past 15 to 20 minutes when fully pumped up during a shower and then I would shave and keep it pumped; that's about as long as I could stand it.

Then I started doing my variation on Perito's stretching exercises, I would get in a pretty warm tub bath full to the top so that my dick was covered with the water. I would pump up to 70 to 80 percent and stretch it in all directions for 5 minutes and then I would pump it up until I couldn't get anymore pumps in. At the 4 to 6 month period I was getting just past 45 minutes before I would have to deflate. I'm now 18 months out and I can go 1.5 hours with no pain; I haven't tested past 1.5 hours.

I'm glad that you can handle the pain while having sex at the stage you're at. I remember at around 9 weeks I tired to pump up ahead of time so that I would be ready Fredy and by the time we starting intercourse I was starting to hurt a lot. I thought I had really messed up because the next day I was still hurting. I contacted the doc who installed my implant and he said to take it slow and not overdo it.

I too was implanted by Dr. Clavell back in February. I met with him over the internet, decided to use him, set my date and flew to Houston. I met him in person for 5 minutes just prior to my surgery, very easygoing and nice guy.

This past week I was back in Houston on another matter and made an appointment to see him just to follow up on a couple of questions. He spent 30 minutes with me, checked out his handiwork and complimented himself on a terrific job. (which I completely agree with)

Very nice and easy to talk to, and is doing a tremendous number of surgeries every week. Based on his skill and schedule, you'd expect him to be understandably brief and terse, he's nothing like that at all.

He mentioned to me that he could tell I had been cycling frequently and there was no discernible capsule that had formed. He said my AMS CX looked more like a Titan in terms of girth, which was music to my ears. I leaned more to the AMS because I didn't want to risk the dogears and thought I'd have a more comfortable flaccid, but knew I'd be giving up some girth. I never mentioned that to him, so he wasn't just trying to make me feel better. I felt his comment was genuine and it was a pleasant surprise, as I've never seen a Titan in person, yet he's seen hundreds of both types.

I'm 100% Clavellian, I don't think anybody would regret choosing him to perform this important surgery.

Week 7,

Had to stop cowgirl sex last night, had pain in the base that made it not enjoyable. This was the first time we tried her on top… not ready for that yet. All other positions we have tried have been fantastic. It was the grinding back and forth that did it, up and down was fine.

Everything else is going amazingly well, I keep cycling hard, 3x a day.
