Hello all,
Since I have been suffering with pelvic floor syndrome (basically is an inflammation of the prostate and nerves), I have been experiencing earlier ejaculatio. Luckily not every time but its happening often. Dur to this my effect won't orgasm every time. She says it's all good amd she enjoys it alot but I feel bad. I can always reach a good erection for panatration. This is the mean reason I want to get an implant. Any thoughts?

Not a good reason at all. Find another Dr better suited to resolving pelvic floor inflammation. No good Dr would give you an implant for that reason, and no insurance would cover the operation.
AMS700 CX 21cm with 3 RTE 4-2019 by Dr Natale - failed 5-2021. Revision 6-2021 with issue (scrotal hematoma and infection). Dr. Ryan Terlecki revision 3-28-2022 (AMS700 CX 21cm with 1.5cm RTE). Cylinder failure at 18 months. 24cm AMS700 CX 11-29-2023.

The implant is a last resort for men with ED. Usually only done after vacuum pumps, pills, and shots have failed to provide adequate erections or after prostrate surgery. So if you can have normal erections then absolutely not warranted.
AMS 700 CX 21cm x 12mm with 1.5cm RTE, MS pump, and Conceal Reservoir. Implanted on 4-12-2023 removed and replaced 6-22-23 with the same, 1st implant surgery had pinhole leak in left cylinder. Now awaiting third surgery unknown failure.

Absolutely not, for premature ejaculation there is dapoxetine which you can take in very small doses

I have a friend who had somewhat the same condition. He got one and he is now the father of a 3 year old boy. He said it could not have happened without the implant.

Not necessarily implants are for peyroines disease too which isn't always accompanied with ED but can result in structural changes to the penis i.e. narrowing, decreased stability etc.

But the implant will make it stronger and I can keep on going for as long as I want. Basically it's an upgrade of what I have now. I experienced some mild form of ED when I have a pelvic flare-up. I m so unsure now
