Ligament cutting/VED or stretching any gains/cost

Postby Jamesbond » Fri Jan 13, 2023 4:28 am

Hi
Want to get the implant. I do have not gotten it because thru the years I have lost a lot of my length.
Just a theory. Probably someone else thought of it.

If I was to get the Suspensory ligament cut I know I it would not increase the length. I would just hang more. The down side is I might not stick out.
Think the Suspensory ligament might be hard to overcome.
For years now I have been using the VED or the stretcher. With no improvement.
After I got the ligament cut would a VED or a stretcher be effective?
Then I guess the stretcher or VED would be pulling on the other (penis) tissue and not the ligaments.

I googled it. Think the cost was a wide range. About what does it cost to get the ligament cut in the US?

Thank you.
Thinking of getting implant. Have not done it because of the length I
have lost.

Agree with the post above. Don’t do it. Remember, if your interest is in women, it’s really only the first 2-3 inches inside their pussies that deliver pleasure to them. Beyond that, it’s mostly optics. Sure, there’s some size queens out there, but they’re like guys with a big tit fetish. For most of us, a sexy, willing, and affectionate lover reigns supreme, regardless of the size of their boobs. Most women are the same way. They first want to like and trust their man, and as long as their cock gets hard and is long enough to reach those first magical inches of their pussy, they’re good to go.

Get the implant, and then rethink this.

Don’t do it. Cutting your ligaments does not increase your size. If you consult certain other Penis Enlargement forums (Thundersplace is one) you will find techniques that have increased penis size without surgery.

I am currently scheduled for penile implant (PI) surgery on 1/24/2023.

As you already know, cutting the suspensory ligament (SL) will NOT increase the actual length of your penis. It will only increase exposed length while relaxed. The only downside that I know of is that the penis when erect will not be supported by the SL and that it will point downward as a result.

It's been reported here and elsewhere that, after PI surgery, your penis will probably point straight out instead of up. So, does it matter if your erect dick following PI surgery points down instead of straight out?

Personally, I think not.

The only time when a dick pointing up or straight out) helps is when you want to do it doggie style and don't want use you hand to make sure it's going in the right place but it's not a big deal IMO to hold it yourself to insert it and even better if your partner does it for you.

BUT just read the following commentary which states that the procedure is not recommended by the AUA ( American Urological Assn) because it does not consider it "safe or efficacious."

Among the reasons for this opinion are the possibility of

Scar tissue formation and consecutive retraction with loss of penile length

Minimal pain, swelling, and possible bruising after surgery

Infection of the surgery site is a very rare possibility (covered with antibiotics)

    Variable to no results

So, while I was thinking about this procedure done during my PI, I don't think I'm going to ask my doc to do it afterall.

That's really not accurate, felt like someone should say it. A man with a 2" or 3" dick does not reach nearly as many pleasure centers in the vagina as a normal sized 5" or larger penis. I'm not an expert who knows the physiology of a pussy, but google explains enough with Clitoris, Outer Lips, Inner lips, V-Spot, G-Spot, A-Spot, O-Spot.

2-3" penis is stuff that occurs only to <0.01% of men, incredibly rare, and incredibly unlucky. Even a micropenis is considered 3.67 inches or less, so you're making a huge leap to claim only the first 2-3 inches matter.

No offense to any readers who are, but I got lucky and you didn't.

Goal to prove implants increase dick size

Pre-op dick size: 8.75" x 5.7"

Current: 9-9.5" x 5.5"

Goal: 10+" x 6+"

The G-spot is 2-3 cm inside the vagina.

But sure, you're surely a hit with size queens.

Where was having a penis measuring 2-3" even mentioned?

Huge leap, right? The G-spot is 2-3 cm inside the vagina.

Well you missed all the other pleasure centers of vaginas that I mentioned - Clitoris, Outer Lips, Inner lips, V-Spot, A-Spot, O-Spot. Not gonna take the time to look up their location or to be that rude to you, but put it simply you are flat wrong - I don't know your age or experience, but if you think men with 2" or 3" dicks (who constitute less than 0.01% of all men alive today) are the same as men with 5" or 6" dicks, you simple don't really know what you're talking about.

You're funny. Again, where in any post did anybody mention 2-3" dicks?

And, yeah, you're right. Boy.
