Photos of Before and After Penile Implant Surgery

Postby Cigar56 » Thu Aug 04, 2022 9:42 am

Saw this on the internet and decided to share. The poster writes that he had a spinal cord injury and later had a penile implant. The photos are not pornographic but do show the before and after of his implant surgery. The poster adds some commentary along with the pictures, including the look and shape of his penis just after his surgeon removed the catheter and drain. I might add his wife plays a cameo role in the pictures by displaying her beautifully manicured hands but not in a sexual or pornographic way. Also, nothing related to the poster's spinal cord injury appears in the photos, and his face is not shown. He looks like a normal, very healthy man -- with an impressive bionic boner.

Looks very good!
He had excellent glans engorgement before implant. Seems it is coming back gradually. The last pics shows more engorgement.

the pic of his scrotum looks good, can't even tell that there's a pump and can't see any tubing either.

I don't think those are pics of cigar56.
I'm nearly positive that I've seen this mans story on Reddit. As I recall. He did a thread called an AMA. (Ask me anything). He was in a terrible accident. He's lucky to be alive.
I do not have a link to his story but I think anyone familar with Reddit could hunt the thread down.

I got it first try. You might need to click the NSFW icon to get the story to open. The stats says there is 1.3k replies on the thread so it'll take some time to read all of them.
WARNING! Please remember that some of his experiences & results are due to his extensive injuries & resulting nerve damage. His results are NOT representative of most implanted men. To the non implanted members that are on the fence about getting an implant. Do not get the idea that he is a typical implantee with problems or that you'll have similar issues.

Not so fast, Old Beek, LOL. I won't be implanted until January '23. Looking forward to it though. Gonna be great to be bionic.

I'll gently push back. My post was only about the quality of his erection after implantation. That's it. Whatever complications he has following his injury is a totally different story that would not affect anyone not suffering from such a catastrophic injury. If anything, his story is inspirational. Chances are if he had never had that accident nearly all of his post-implant photos would look the same, except for the one that he pointed out. I am proud of the guy. He battled back from a devastating injury and then successfully was implanted so he could resume a healthy sex life. His post-implant dick looks -- and I assume works -- about like other post implant dicks.

What exactly do you mean when you write, "His results are NOT representative of most implanted men." Is it because he has a disability?

No push back needed. I totally agree with you. My comment is an attempt to avoid posts by a few that see minor imperfections in an implanted man then jump to the conclusion that the result is common. When it isn't. Then they use that to justify their reluctance to get an implant because his isn't perfect.
The guy is a champ. I read his entire thread about 2 years ago.
