I think the reason there aren't more is it's not medically necessary and it's probably just bad for society or something for there to be a proven medically effective procedure for superficial crap like dudes making their dicks bigger. I don't know that, but I'm guessing that curing cancer etc. is a better use of time and gets more funding.

Moreover Penuma doesnt help in ED.. It just makes dick bigger. and I have read several horror stories of that.. it has a long way to go..
