Dear CO,
Yup you are 100% normal. I've had my Coloplast Titan almost 3 years and YES, I can feel the cylinders when flaccid and erect. And yes, when erect the penis is kind of oval. That's the bad news.
The good news is...I can fuck without any pumps, injections, pills, or restriction bands. Crazy, right? We have intercourse twice a week, which she initiates. Why you ask, because it's hard...almost rock hard.
If you wish, PM me,

That's normal to feel some of the tubing. You'll get used to it. I'm 2+ years out and feel it every time I pee.
Bottom line, you can start cycling which means you can now get erections. Isn't that better than prior than the surgery?

Okay thanks for quick responses guys. I appreciate it. I am concerned in the fact that I am a young, single guy and if a girl goes down on me I don’t want her hand to touch a bunch of tubing. I get it, it’s different if you’re older and you’ve been in a committed relationship for many years and because of ED you could no longer have sex so that fact that you are able to have intercourse again is amazing. And if you having a loving she is going to understand and be happy regardless. But for me my penis was working, I could still get hard and have penetrative sex in certain positions. The thing that led me to an implant was the severe peyronies, hourglassing, and painful erections. But all I’ve heard in the leadup to getting an implant was how natural it feels and how a girl wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Any girl who’s touched a dick in her life would immediately be able to tell the difference. There is nothing natural feeling about an oval shaped dick and plastic tubing that can easily be felt. This is now all I can think about. Are there any options that would make it so I can feel the tubing anymore?

An implanted dick is not like your natural dick. There are cylinders in your shaft,a pump in your scrotum and tubing connecting all that!No way can they hide all that where you can’t feel it.There are trade off’s with an implant.Always comes back to a rock hard dick 24/7 or a limp dick with no implant components.I’ll take the rock hard dick every time.I do understand your concerns as a young single guy,but learn to adapt and BS a little. There have been some pretty good stories of single guys on here handling it pretty well!Go have some great sex!!

I don't have the Titan, but I may be a bit wider that vertical, but I'm now pretty round.
I have heard the Titan might be a little wider than the CX.

About the tubing: I assume you got the peno-scrotal installation?
If so, the tubing you can feel SHOULD be very close to the crus.
On one of your previous posts, I think you said the left cylinder didn't seem to go into the crus?
If that's so, I can understand why you can feel the tubing so easily.
That's one thing I wish the doc had explained?

You may never totally have the tubing completely unfeelable, but it should be down in the nether region.

I understand the OP’s concern.

How many times have we read ‘you wouldn’t be able to tell unless you felt the pump in the scrotum’. Many is the answer.

I too was under the impression tubing shouldn’t be so obviously felt or indeed visible.

And I’m waiting for those who subscribe to the above view to chime in.

I’m sorry it’s not to your liking, OP. This is of concern to me also as a prospective implantee. I have always been under the impression that it looks and feels like a normal dick when erect and that one would really have to dig deep to feel tubing.

I have a loop of tubing at the base of my dick on the right side. That is normal with pubic installation. All the guys that get scrotal entry claim no tubing can be felt. I think that is BS. The oval shape is classic and very normal. I can feel 2 tubes moving around in my dick when soft. The tubing up on tops very uncomfortable for 5 months especially when pubic bones would ride together like doing cowgirl. Be ready for that. Normal. Squishy noise in scrotum is just part of the healing process. When pumping or releasing the valve hearing/feeling a squeak is normal. It is fluid squeezing through the valve. Sorry this all bothers you but it is what it is. If a girl mentions it , just tell her the truth. No girl does not enjoy a dick that never fails, no matter what shape it is. Remember they have hang ups also. Like, is this guy going to come on me before I get my O. Wonder if this guy is going to get whisky dick on me. There are far worse things than an odd shaped dick.

Well i also agree that feeling so much the tubing cuold be a problem. Not necessarily for hide the implant from your partner, but even if she knows it feeling the tubes so much is not very sexy.
I think this also depends on the anatomy of the man. For example people who have "turkey neck" scrotum I guess will have less problem than people with small scrotum. With this being said maybe getting cosmetic fat transfer should also help these aspects (especially the oval erection) since penis will be thicker and more soft to the touch
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
