Natural erection in my 20's was 5.75 inches. 3 months prior to surgery I did aggressive VED to enlarge the corpora cavernosa. Pre-op stretch test came in at 9cm (3.54 in). On a good day I could only hit 10cm (4 in) with a natural erection. ED had definitely taken a toll.
Today: 13.33 cm (5.25 in) Have been cycling since week 4.
There's hope gentlemen - don't give up. This implant was one of the best decisions of my life!

Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

Nice to hear a guy unashamed about not having a 7" schlong like many on FT have. 
I too have lost length in recent years of ED and am now at about your length. I will VED prior to my procedure and will be getting it done by Eid or Hakky, both known to size aggressively.

75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
