Had anyone had pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms before getting an implant?

So I'm getting pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms that get worse with erections. Yes I have tried every single PF treatment available, nothing has even remotely worked.

I'm wondering how an implant would affect my PFD? Would it cause the symptoms to get worse, seeing as the symptoms do get worse with erections? Does anyone have experience with this?

Some people had. And apparenlty it doesn't affect things negatively.
But I wuold say that a temporary worsening of perineum pain is to be expected anyway.
With this being said if you have pelvic floor dysfunction I wuold go for penoscrotal approch not infrapubic
