Lost Size After Implant

Hallo friends,

I have question about this topic of lost size after implant.

With length, why is it many say they lose so many centimetres?

My uro says it is because many remember the length they have before problems like Pc and RP happen and they expect to be this long after.

Really a good dr shud size you well and you achieve your stretched length with tips in glans. Of course, we see most men here achieve this with maybe .5” lost which my uro says is because of typically smaller glans post implant or less of engorge.

With girth, this seems even less ?predictable. Some get big, some get small.

I can be ok with some length loss but any over .5” is going to be v difficult to like.

Don't assume you will lose length unless you've gone a long time without erections or have Peyronies or prostate surgery. If you can use a VED and get a bit more length than your lifelong size, you should get your size after surgery (not the VED size).

Make sure the surgeon guarantees you will retain your present length.

A major factor is whether the tubes get extended into the glans, which not all surgeons are willing to do.
