I couldn't be happier with the implant or Dr. Clavell's guidance along the way. I'm able to have sex 24/7/365 and ready to go in less than 30 seconds...And I can go as long as my cardio will last. 2 hours? No problem. 4 hours? Bring it on. Sex 4 times a day? Easy. You are 100% in control. What's even more amazing is how having this "sex confidence" will pour over into every aspect of your life. Everything in my life is better now because of this. I've got a pep in my step and my confidence is through the roof because I know without a shadow of a doubt that I can perform at my best at all times. If you don't think a confident man turns a woman on, you're in for a real treat.
Had I known it was going to be this amazing, I would have done it years ago. I didn't even know implants were a "thing" until mid December of 2020 when I just stumbled upon them. I searched the Houston for doctors, found Dr. Clavell, set my appt for Dec 18th and had the implant installed 10 days later on Dec 28th. I moved quick. How was the recovery?
First 2 weeks were wildly uncomfortable, but Dr. C said to expect that. Weeks 3-4 were just kind of uncomfortable and by weeks 5-6, everything was going pretty well.
Did you lose any size?
No. I actually gained a bit of length and girth around the base, but it took a lot of use to stretch everything back out. I was right at 8" in length and 6 1/4" in girth pre surgery, but now I'm a tad over 8" in length and the girth around my base has jumped to just over 7"...I'm still 6 1/4" on my entire penis except the last inch or two of the base.....Which in radius terms is a huge increase. See my attached pic. Just a fair warning...It takes a bit of time to regain the size....Mine continued to grow the first 7 months or so. My advice is to have lots of sex. Over the past 365 days, I've had at least 600 hours of sex...It's been pretty much every day for 1-3 hours. I actually think it helped with the size increase...Especially having the woman on top. I was really tight were the base and testicals intersected with my shaft, but having a woman riding on top for hours on end help stretch that part out.
How did you measure your length?
I asked Dr. C and he said that if you are lean, push the tape measure until it hits your pubic bone. This will add about 1/4" (if you are lean) vs. not pushing into your bone.
How are your erections
Better than when I was 16. It points straight up and I could probably hang a 5lb weight off it without issue. Dr. C did tell me that my erection pointing up were a bit unusual as most point straight out to slightly down. It goes from soft to fully erect in about 30 seconds. You should also notice what I referenced about the base being bigger than the rest...Thanks Dr. C!
Do the women know?
Not unless you tell them. I've been seeing one woman for almost a year she still has no idea. Its so fast to inflate and you'll see in my pic, I don't have any noticeable scars. How are your orgasms?
How the same as before the surgery. If you could orgasm before the surgery, you should be able to after. This may sound odd, but I don't even care that much about my orgasm. I just love having sex for hours on end whenever and however I want.
How was Dr. Clavell through the process?
I couldn't be more pleased. If I had a questions, I would generally hear back from Dr. C within 30 minutes no matter what time of day or night I reached out. I highly recommended using/interviewing with him for your implant.
What was the cost?
I paid about 20k out of pocket, but I'd pay 400k out of pocket if required. Don't have the money? Got a car? Sell it and downsize. Still not enough? Got a home? Sell it and downsize. Still not enough? Beg, borrow and steal. No excuses. You won't regret it. If you can't have sex, what's the point of all that nice stuff anyways?
