Can anybody give advice or share their experience first time bAck in the saddle, especially in reference to pain. Did you use pain meds.

I just took it very easy; I'd recommend no marathon sex.

No, I just took it easy, but I had little glans discomfort prior to it.
Maybe some lube would help too??

At 4 weeks I had a considerable amount of pain but every time after the pain is less. Probably should have taken some pain meds but I didn’t have any more with me.

I was cleared for sex at six weeks. Because of my anorgasmia, my encounters are lengthy. At first, I would develop some real pain around the tips in my glans. Over time, it has progressively gotten better, and even inflated to the max for cycling, I can go an hour and a half pain free. I never used pain meds it. It gets better, just takes some time.
