Survey for Jelq/Hard Flaccid implantees

Postby Trav8701 » Mon Dec 06, 2021 11:20 am

Hello everyone! I’m back with more questions on my quest to make the most informed decision I can lol.
I’d really just like to speak to the guys in this forum who were implanted after sustaining an injury/hard flaccid while jelqing or got hard flaccid from rough masturbation.
I narrowed it down this much because this particular brand of ED is so under researched and neglected…it’s very difficult to find any information on our prognosis. We have very unique issues that other guys in this forum usually don’t have to deal with. That being said… if you don’t want to post your review here please feel free to DM me. I’m just trying to gage my options.
Feedback from men with (especially) Jelq-HF or rough masturbation-HF who have ALREADY been implanted is of the utmost importance to me/this survey. To everyone else in this forum, trust me…I’ve read enough of your stories to know your lives have been SIGNIFICANTLY improved by the implant and believe me when I say I’m so happy for you all. Your stories bring me a lot of comfort.

Disclaimer: I know an implant is a last resort. This is not a thread to try to educate me about other options. This thread is to help me collect information to make an informed decision if/when the time comes.

If you agree to this, can you specifically mention:
How you got HF?
your HF symptoms?
how long have you had HF for?
What tests did you do and what did they show?
Why did you decide on the implant?
Your state of mind before the implant vs after?
Do you feel any less physically/sexually capable/desirable?
Does having an HF history mean your implant is super painful all the time due to the penis constantly wanting to shrink?
Is your sex life satisfactory, less than that, or greater than average?
Do you have regrets?
What conditions would have to be met in the other person for you to recommend the implant to a fellow HF sufferer?

Thank you so much for reading this! I hope to hear from you about it!

I guess there really aren’t a lot of Jelq Injury Implantees who are active on the forum anymore

Some time ago I found this.
Basically a guy complaining about being a bit uncomfortable. Not a big deal it seems

Yeah me too. Have you never tried asking directly a surgeon what could be the possible implications of undergoing surgery with HF?

Based on all the data I’ve compiled through the years, including speaking to Dr. Kramer on the phone directly, it seems as though HF does not at all impact the prognosis of implantation. But I’d still really appreciate for just one jelq/HF implantee to speak to answer the questions in this thread or in my DMs ☹️

I also talked to a local urologis (which surprisingly know about HF and stuff) about the possible implications of getting an implant with HF and he said that during the process the corpora cavernosa get damaged so for this reason hf will not occour anymore. My second concern was about sizing, since my hf is all retracted but he answered that during anesthesia is all relaxed down there and the smooth muscles get very elastic. With this being said he admitted that he never operated an HF patient personally.
So just for be clear, did kramer know the pathology of Hard Flaccid syndrome or he just supposed based on how you described it to him?

I had a 36-40 hour priapism. I’ve read about HF because I deal with something like that and it does say that injury can cause it….but I’m not sure if I actually have that. Im never flaccid like I used to be. But sometimes I have a hard time getting or staying erect….sometimes I wake up with a painfully hard penis as it gets hard every time I relax to go to sleep and stays that way until morning. My story in detail is on here. My journal mentions my priapism right in the title. Give it a read and is that what you are talking about?
47 year old swinger. Had 36+ hour priapism that landed me in ER twice over 48 hours. Scarring in my penis makes it to where I’m at risk of severe priapism at any time. Erections inconsistent. Implanted by Dr. Eid on December 21st 2021, Coloplast Titan OTR

Kramer admitted to me that he has no idea what causes HF but he had implanted HF patients nonetheless

Hey I remember your story! I just read that thread a few days ago lol. Yeah you basically have a predisposition to ischemic priapism due to corporal vascular scarring sclerosis. It’s kind of a combination of bad luck happenstances coming together, because as I understand it your condition is being caused because just the right part of just the right vessel became scarred…and it now makes it harder for blood to leave the penis as a result. So really bad luck in your case…but thank god the implant is an option.

I’d say you don’t have HF tho. This is characterized by a chronically shrunken and hard, contracted flaccid penis with moderate erectile dysfunction and sensory changes.
