Try to check your physical condition with a good urologist.
If you feel like an implant could solve your problems go for it, it has been a life changer for many people out there.
You are young, you’ll need some revisions in the future, but implants are getting more and more durable and who knows what the future holds..

26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

You may want to try a VED and a cock ring with your pills first. Injections may not be advised but should work. Implants are your last resort, great but all else should be tried first.

I hate to say this as it may sound harsh but if she truly loves you she’ll support you no matter what. But I do get the anxiety. Just be firm and tell her this is what you want and you believe it will improve not only your life but both. It’s for your mental and physical health. How can that be a bad thing.

I disagree with this tired old line of try everything else first. With all due respect of course!
To some men the idea of injecting just to have sex is just so unpalatable and to be honest, an expensive faff!
Implants should stop being perceived as ‘the FINAL solution’. I know that’s how they are viewed by the medical community but if one is refractory to pills, I think this should be second line just as much as injections should be. The satisfaction rates are far higher and injections more often than not are an uncomfortable stop on the way to implant city.

I appreciate the engagement on this thread but I do just want to redirect back to the question I'm most interested in. And that is, how much should I tell my fiance about the implant procedure and implant itself? Please see my original post with the approximate language I am considering using.
My mind is fairly made up on getting an implant.
