But injections don't go into the glans though, I suppose some might leak into the glans.
But one of the complaints guys make about injections is pills give more girth and glans engorgement. So I'm surprised.

With my implant, and in at least one certain position, my lover and I can both fall asleep with my erection insider her vagina and remain so until we wake. And continue thrusting coitus if we desire. I could never do that with a natural erection and don't imagine that any man could, as natural erections tend to deflate when one falls asleep after orgasming.

They did nothing. Trimix caused the entire member to engorge. Implant only props it up. In some cases it would stay cold from no blood flow.

That's a bit depressing, even while using injections my engorgement isn't very good.

is sex still satisfactory?

I was kind of looking forward to an implant because of the hassle injections, and because my wife only really likes penetration for 15 minutes, she enjoys plenty of foreplay but not too many orgasms. It also bugs me that I cannot just have an erection, but instead need to go through the elaborate process of injecting properly and safely, holding pressure at the injection site for a few minutes...etc

However I am going to stay on injections until there is a reason not to, currently injecting once a week for a year now, hoping it lasts another four years until I'm fifty.

Sex is great with the implant. I have very nice cylinders into the glans distance and I haven't had any complaints from my wife. She has mentioned the glans coolness, but it doesn't bother her.

We would have really had fun with this when she was younger. She could orgasm without penetration then.
now I'm not sure she orgasms. She does give out some oohs at times and I guess that passes as mini-orgasms?

agree that the best erection was when I was young and did cialis (both glans and shaft were hard and big)

Quadmix was good because some medication does leak into glans and thus you get a pretty solid glans (though not as good as with cialis)

All of these things quit working over time for me, so implant was the only option.

I love sex with the implant--it feels great and there is no time clock and no fear that I might fail. That being said, some women likely would prefer a hard glans along with the hard shaft ; but, heck, for me, I am still in the game and I can produce orgasms in the woman because of hardness and long lasting thrusts.

By the way, if you are having trouble making it to orgasm for yourself, implant might make that worse since, for the first 6 months, you will have some sensation decrease in your penis. This is a blessing for those with premature ejaculation, but I suppose a curse for those who can't come easily.
