Is this mental, or is it physical?

With myself when ED started my libido was strong if I did or couldn’t have sex or masturbate I would have wet dreams.

As I became more depressed over not getting it up the more weight I put on the more weight the lower my libido. I know this has 2 factors 1)mental, stress of performance and body image and 2) lower testosterone due to more body fat

Now with the implant the weight is beginning to come off due to those same 2 factors less stress means less cortisol production as well as less performance anxiety. And 2 less body fat increased testosterone.

So you are saying that your libido was as strong as before ed?
Was your ed severe?

This suck becouse getting imllant and remaining libido problem would bot be goof

At first yes it was as strong as before my ED got bad.

It was pretty severe where none of the oral meds worked then between developing Peyronies Disease and injections became hit and miss my libido became pretty nonexistent. As I stated before I then began putting on weight the stress of not getting hard further made it difficult.

My testosterone level was in the normal range for my age. I went through a divorce not related to the ED made me even more depressed. I didn’t try pills until I met a new lady from there I went to injections. After about 18 months on injections I had a couple of failures then noticed my dick curving. An month or so after I noticed and didn’t think much about my wife noticed it.

After about a year being treated for Peyronies i was able to be implanted.

Now a year after that my libido is up but no where close to where it was.

The answer is probably both. In my first week after surgery, I was left in an inflated state, so a 1 week long erection. I was really horny during that week, without a doubt more than before the implant. Since then, the lack of anxiety when approaching sex (do I take a cialis? will it work? will I be able to cum?) has also contributed to horniness, and every time I pump up, even for cycling, it's a turn-on.

If your ED is physical (venous leak or something), an implant can assist. If you aren't sure of the cause, then working through things with a therapist could help. I dig my implant, but it's just no replacement for a natural erect and flaccid state.

My desire for sex began to fall as my ability for sex fell. Psychological, I am sure. Some men's libido may be more enduring than mine.

Depression also can cause a DRAMATIC drop in libido. E.D. can cause depression.

There are many other pathways your libido may have followed.

Not much help in finding what happened to yours, but certainly hope of recovering it when you root out and fix the cause of your E.D.

But I opine that it is a mental effect of the physical E.D. But that does not rule out the potential that it is the other way around.

Yeah, I have erotic dreams, and I still feel very motivated for sex while pumped up. Even when I'm not pumped up, since the Titan flaccid still feels damn close to an erection, lol.

Hopeful future i eanted to send you an pm but its better to ask you here, do you consider that implant not only brought your erection back or it also did bring you that horny sexuality back, and btw is it easier to maintain sexual fantasy with erection, is there and difference between pumpep up erection and natural erection in maintaining that fantasy sexual urge and "need to release" ?
This last question is most important question becouse if tose things are the same decision would be easier!
