This is my first post but I I have been lurking here for a few years. I am 56 years old and I have spent about 10+ years dealing with ED. I initially used PDE5 inhibitors (viagra..) then started using injection over the last two years. Unfortunately I went from a Priapism on my 2nd trimix injection to attempting to dial the in pge1 ration to papervine. Initially I was sensitive to papervine so I started using pge1 solely then as that faded or stopped working as well I started weaving in papervine/phento (bi mix) think trimix with mostly pge1 and low dose papervine. Now injections and or PDE5 barely work for me.

So now I am researching the IPP options and reading any peer reviewed study (feel free to share if you found one that was insightful) and or journal post here on FT. Before I ask my question let me preface this with yes I know that Eid, Kramer and Perito are thought to be the best because of case volume and experience. I could fly to one of them if I had to but I like the idea of having someone local if possible. That said, I have to believe in a state with the population of TX with all the patients who need implants a few surgeons in Texas would stand out as the go to IPP implant surgeon. I am leaning toward a penoscrotal procedure if that matters. A few that I have on my short list are Jonathan Clavell, Run Wang, and Mohit Khera. Clavell has a IPP section on his website that claims to implant 185 patients per year but not sure about the others. Have you or someone you know used these surgeons for IPP and how did it go? If not who is thought to be the go to surgeon for IPP in Texas (Austin, Houston, San Antonio, DFW)?
Thanks ev1
