Thanks again guys and any other opinions from others are most welcome.

Even more important than (or equally important as) the implant is the willingness of your partner to accommodate/cooperate in the endeavor. Never forget that. During my decades of under-performance, I found sex can be very satisfying by "other" means if with a partner who enjoys my company and is willing to try.

Then, once I was implanted, re-learning how to do sex was a challenge as well. It took several months of experimentation (which was QUITE enjoyable, by the way) to "get in the groove".

p.s. I may have gone overboard with my enthusiasm for answering your question, but it is one I have always wondered, listening to the statistics (and exploits/bragging) of other men. I always wonder, "how much of this is real, selective memory, outright exaggeration?" Here, on Franktalk, exaggeration is, I think, not much of a factor. Other forums I have visited seem to agree, though, that extended minutes rather than hours of coital stroking is the norm, but hours of non-coital sex play does count toward the emotional/sexual bonding. So, how to count on a stopwatch is very much an issue.

yes this question regarding "hours of pumping" is so interesting because in theory, the implant can stay up for hours. But, I have never done that, and have at most had thrusting sessions for around twenty minutes maximum. the reason for the twenty minute thrusting cap is:

1) I get tired
2) I get bored
3) she gets sore
4) she gets bored
5) she feels like it is getting just plain irritating

One of the things I do struggle with is "how do I know that sex is over" Since I come fairly quickly (three minutes) it is common for me to continue to thrust and have sex so that the woman can get an orgasm or two off before we are done. But, when do we know that it is done ??? Before implant, this was non-negotiable, the man orgasms, the erection goes aeay and it is over. Now, the party can go on, but when is it over ???

I did ask a fello bionic brother about this once, and when I asked "How do you know that you are done having sex?" his answer "The sex is over when the man says it is over; or when the woman throws him off of her"
"Strive to find the best surgeon--experience really matters"
(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

Maybe we could start another thread asking that question.

For my partner and me, sex is over when my leg cramps up or when I get too tired to continue. She has never wanted to call a halt. Sometimes she has wanted to switch to a less-taxing position (which, thanks to the endurance of my implant is possible to switch positions). We have one position (I mentioned in an earlier post in this thread) where we can actually take a nap still joined penis-in-vagina. But whether being asleep "in coitus" counts as (as the O.P. queries) "time spent fucking" is questionable.

I have more often than not passed the "legs cramping" period unaware until I try to stand and find that my legs have turned to jello and won't support me anymore.

Lost Sheep, you are a funny guy:)!
I have not been able to fuck for months because of my situation.
The test drives I have taken my malleable on have told me I need to get in better shape, esp. if I want to cum, lol!
I can fuck, but get tired really fast. Pre-op, it was not a problem, but then again, I was not pumping for 15 min. straight!

HI, like the honesty of you guys I am new in here and I am a prostate cancer survival for 16 years.
I belong to a forum with over 500.000 members worldwide. I had to tell a lot of members to stop the bullshit when they were lying
in their post.
The main reason why is imperative to post the reality is because there will be new members like me that need your support.
If you post a lie, maybe it will affect me and others that does not know any better.

There really is no reason to lie, and people who do are expending a bit more energy because they have to keep there stories straight when repeating that lie. When they decide to post the reality, usually someone will call them out because of their lie. Also, we are anonymous here, unless you got private email and reveal yourself, your proclivities, etc...who the fuck cares, you do not pay my bills!)
I was watching TMZ (celebrity news magazine) last night, and its going around that snorting coke will cure corona illness. I can't believe that one of the paparazzi was all serious about the whole thing. Everyone else in the room laughed at her, and all she kept saying was 'I am serious"...no science to back it up because there is nothing out there...duh...

Get the implant, particularly the three piece type. The only negatives, and they are minor: 1. The head of the penis will always be soft, only the shaft gets hard. Surgeons have not yet perfected a way to get the cylinder up that high. This makes it a little more difficult to do the initial insertion, but once you’re into the vagina it’s fine. 2. Spontaneity is affected a bit since you have to take a minute or two to get pumped up. Other than that, you’ll love having it. You will have a sex life!

The head of the penis (and the shaft - outside the tunica!) are partially composed of tissues called "Corpus Spongiosum" which does engorge with sexual arousal. Some men lose that (just like some men lose engorgement of the corpus cavernosum - which is responsible for erection). The engorgements of the two tissues are somewhat independent. If one has engorgement of the penis head before implant surgery, it likely will be there after implant.

There also are treatments to stiffen the glans (penis head) that consists of injections. The treatment I read about lasts for a few months and can be repeated. Up to you if it is worth it.

My glans does engorge very much like it did before implant. Lucky me! I am not sure if it engorges to the same degree as it did when I was a teenager. Oh, well. I am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.

I want to believe. (Remember the TV show "X-Files"?)

Here's how it should work.

You snort some cocaine and the little viruses also get a dose, get high and lose all interest in infecting you because they just want to PARTY!
