I am currently 2 weeks implanted. Tried cycling last night to initiate activation. Usually 7” fully hard pre-implant, but last night was right under 6”
I know that I have to grown into the device, but if there is anyone who has advice on breaking in a new implant I would be gracious for any input.

Re: cycling advice needed
Cycle twice a day. Pump till you can’t get anymore pumps in, wait five minutes and try to pump more. Repeat this for an hour or two per session or as long as you can stand it.
Re: cycling advice needed
Roofer,
I just had my 11 month post-op anniversary. I started cycling at 4 weeks and could only get a couple pumps in before the pump bulb was too hard to push. As mentioned in the previous comment you can wait and sometimes get more pumps in. At first my post-implant size was 4.5”but after 6-8 weeks it was up to 6”. At your early stage your dick is still re over if from surgery and is not as flexible as it will be when healed. Once that happens you will be able to get more pumps in and therefore get longer. Patience is your friend here my friend.
My cycling routine is to pump up in the morning as I am just starting to wake up. Then I lounge in bed and sometimes even dose off again and then wake up with “morning wood”. I also pump up in the evening when I go to bed. I deflate after about half an hour, before I fall asleep. Sometimes these are only cycling sessions, but other times this is also when my wife and I have sex or i masturbate.

Roofer,
Assuming you are cleared to soak in the tub, you will find this much easier soaking in a hot bath. I am a few days behind you (surgery on Aug 7) but have been cycling since day 3.
This is what I have learned. Maybe some of it will help.
If your scrotum gets sore from pumping in any given secession, try to rotate your thumb or move the skin of the scrotum so you are not placing pressure on the same spot with every pump. Soon it will start to toughen up.
Pump up as far as possible to prevent the penis from scaring in less than optimal length. Deflate as far as possible to prevent the reservoir psudocapsul from scaring in a reduced size as this can cause auto-inflation for the life of the implant. The penis needs to stretch during inflation. The reservoir needs to stretch during deflation. If the process is painful in the beginning (it is for me) , then take something for pain so you can be aggressive enough. Most men are not aggressive enough according to Dr. Eid.

Yeah, it's too early. If you want to take chances with permanent damage, by all means, please continue.

Re: cycling advice needed
What does Hacky say? Beyond that, other world class surgeons are now having ppl start cycling at day 3. By 14 days on most surgeries I still consider mostly healed. When I was young the stitches would come out at 5 days. Now that I am old it takes 10. Cheers man. Enjoy it. It's a new "thing"
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Is that the advise Karpman gave you? I am 16 weeks post and if I pump to max, I can only stand the pain for about 10 minutes. Other guys say not to pump to extreme. Pump till uncomfortable and keep it that way for 30 minutes to an hour.

I have to disagree Larry. My Doc had me pumped near 90% from day 2 till 4 weeks. That was his normal routine. Hurt like hell the full time but nothing fell apart.

Re: cycling advice needed
I guess every person is different on different advice from their doctor. First implant I had when I come out of surgery it was pumped all the way and it hurt like hell. I complained to the urologists and he then took some of the saline out of the cylinders and into the reservoir. That felt really good and he did leave it semi filled. But cycling is a different thing all together. If you want to bust the stitches, then go right ahead. I had to wait four weeks on my first implant. Six weeks on the revision before I got the green light to start cycling. Stitches did give me problems on the revision and the incision come open on a about a quarter inch. Had to really watch it close to make sure I would not get an infection. Doctor actually prescribed and antibiotic ointment to apply a thin film after a shower. It had me worried! So rushing into cycling is a no brainer to me. Take your time and let it heal right. There will be plenty of action once you heal up right, and it will feel so normal while having sex.
