Now I'm getting a little bummed. Does anybody have ejaculations like before implant?????

My ejaculations stopped after my prostate was removed. I could still have orgasms like before, but I couldn't have intercourse because I couldn't get an erection in order to penetrate. I got an implant and (1) it made my dick hard and (2) it didn't change my orgasms at all.

I too have a problem with having an orgasm. I'm about two and a half months since my surgery. I have yet to reach one by intercourse. I have had a couple by masturbation and those were stronger and lasts for a good 30 seconds or more than anything I've had in my whole life. Still don't have a lot of feeling in my penis. Just hoping for it to happen. Everything else is just the way it's supposed to be. I have a Titan that is semi hard all the time and won't go completely down but I'm getting used to that. I knew that going in. If the orgasm would just come back I would be a very happy bionic man.

My ejaculations now feel like their "Off The Charts" awesome compared to about the last 8 or 10 years. I'd equate them to as good of not better than when I was in my teens. And... they're not over in a flash... they go on and on and on! My ejaculate doesn't fly out with any distance now, but it sure feels as if it is.

And for whatever it matters... I masturbate. No qualms about it. Only problem is, I don't do it enough as a should.

I've recently figured out (wish I did sooner) how to shoot far. While I'm cumming I do a Keugel and pull down on the shaft. Will I still be able to pull down on the shaft after I am implanted?
