Atta boy Doug. I know there are people who do not agree with me and some are just plain not a fan... that is their prerogative, all I am saying is once it's done, it's done... you have to find the positive... for me, a 5 inch dick I can please my wife and I with is far more valuable to me than a 7" whopper that can't even look up to shed a tear. I do not have any nerves or a prostate so I do not cum and I miss it. It would be very rare to have that issue if you still have all your parts and at 20 I would expect you still do. There is a higher risk of nerve damage infrapublicly. NIH says most commonly when they do a revision of infrapubic. At 20 years old you will likely wear out some implants so that would be on my watch list. If you were 70, I do not think it would be on my radar.
