I have a question for people who have an implant. Doesn't your glans get hard at all? and how long have you had your implant or how long does it last?

Glans gets hard if it got hard before implant. That process is not changed by the implant.

I've had mine for 3 years.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Yes my ED was due to stretching/jelqing exercises. I have an inflatable implant, Coloplast Titan. I have no idea what you're saying in the first half of your second question

It's non-ionizing radiation, so shouldn't have any detrimental effect to cells, as long as the field intensity isn't high enough to cause burns. You may not feel pain until the damage is done, so be careful.
I'd definitely be very cautious, and consult my doctor before trying anything like that.

it's been tested and has had group trials , they are currently doing more , but those take time . im not getting one . I went with the malleable implant .
but it might be worth a try for someone contemplating a implant if their ED isn't severe
