A year and a half since implant and there are days that I can cum and others not.

I had the same issues with Trimix so I realsiticaly don't think it is the implant. It is age and the level of excitement.

I take Cialis 5MG daily and have Trimix gel for the urethra. I don't think they make a difference. My Dr looks at me and says it is in my head and he is correct.
