Fillers for roundness

Postby aussiePeyronies » Tue Jul 25, 2023 10:42 pm

Can anyone give advice on what they think about getting fillers just for more of a round shaped erection? I am not too concerned about extra girth, more so just a rounder erection.

I have found a place here in Australia that does HA, it is about 7k for 12 mls.

Any advice/info is appreciated.

There is a world class filler specialist in the Australia, Dr. Oates of the Calibre clinic. If he is not the doctor you are referencing, then I would highly recommend investing in the travel to go to him instead.

The filler game is similar to the implant game in that one should be very selective in their doctor, ideally choosing a world class practice. In my opinion, you best options are Avanti Derma (mexico), Dr. Oates / Caliber (AU), Dr. Hakky* / Dr. Clavell / Dr. Perito (US, hyaluronic acid filler only), and Rejuvall / Dr. Morgensten (US).

Your filler typers are:
Hyaluronic acid: volume created mostly from the filler material itself, safest profile, can be dissolved if not liked, shortest life span, mostly firm, most expensive in the long run due to having to re-up
PMMA: volume created mostly from the permanent collagen production caused by the filler material, medium risk profile for undesirable results, very firm, cannot be dissolved, filler material stays in your body for life (which can cause complications when getting IPP revisions), longest lifespan (permanent), least expensive option in the long run as you never have to re-up once you are satisfied.
Ellanse: volume created mostly from the permanent* collagen production caused by the filler material, medium risk profile, may or may not have the same implantee risks as PMMA (the filler material leaves your body after ~2 years, which may or may not coincide with a IPP revision), less expensive option in the long run as you will need minimal re-ups, very firm
Fat/Renuva: volume created from your lipo'd fat, safer profile, cannot be dissolved, 10 years to permanent life span if used with Renuva (which is a special type of fat extract that causes your body to make the injected fat a permanent tissue in your body), least firm filler, should not be an issue for IPP revisions, less expensive option in the long run as you wwont need re-ups once you hid y our desired volume (assuming using Renuva).

There are a few other fillers, but these are the main ones.

Please note that with Ellanse, studies have found that the collagen created from it has a half life of 10+ years from the time of the filler leaving the body. The manufacturer actually pulled their 3 and 4 year ellanse versions because the effects were lasting much longer than expected (this is all with facial patients, non of this shit was made for dick filler specifically).

The reason why PMMA is problematic for IPP revisions is because if the PMMA leaks into any surgical wound, you risk infection because bacteria now has a synthetic material to grow around that was not coated in antibiotics like your implant was. Ellanse could pose the same risk if the filler material (not the actual collagen) is still in your dick when you get an IPP. You also cant really tell when all of the Ellanse has left your body because the volume increase is coming from the collagen.

For what its worth, I'll be test running Ellanse at Avanti Derma in mexico because, in my opinion, they are the OG and premier destination for this stuff. They are kind of like the Dr. Eid of fillers.

Also note that Dr. Hakky offers Hyaluronic acid and Fat/Renuva. Hakky would be my immediate go-to for HA filler and I wouldnt think twice about another option in the US (he is also my implant surgeon).

Please consider that all of the above is my opinion and from my potentially flawed research. I recommend doing your own due diligence on all of this.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Thanks for the informative response. Dr Oates is in Aus, I am willing to travel to see him.

Keep us updated on your journey.

Info above is accurate. I had the 4 year version of Ellase 5.5 years ago, and have not lost a single bit. It feels totally natural flaccid and erect. I only had 12 ml and gained 0.6" which is just what I wanted. I had it when it was available with one clinic in the United States, but it's not any longer due to FDA regulations.

Any advice for shaping the penis for till the filler sets?
Most websites says to wear tight underwear so the filler doesn't migrate to the foreskin..
But what exactly does that mean.. keep the penis facing up with very tight boxers or briefs?
