Inflow issue

Postby SCOOTER12 » Thu Jan 18, 2024 12:41 pm

Anyone on here get the implant due to ED caused by inflow issues?

It seems most implant patients get them due to venous leak or prostate issues.

Are you talking about arterial insufficiency?

I'm curious, too, as to what you mean.

I always assumed inflow issues would be due to Venus leakages. Call it out flow…inflow. Either way your penis isn’t keep enough blood in it to get hard
58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Arterial insufficiency basically.
Inflow problem would be inadequate blood flow to the penis.
Venous leak is a problem with blood flowing out of penis.

So, I think my answer is yes.

When I was 32, I took a 2,000-mile bicycle trip. I did it in five weeks and averaged around 60 miles per day with a fully loaded bicycle.

Unfortunately, this trip caused damage to my pudendal nerve and resulted in ED.

The damage to this nerve meant no signal for my dick to fill with blood.

Nerve issues and vein issues are two different things. I'm not a doctor but from what you said about a long bike trip you could have damaged a nerve or a vein. Time to see a men's sexual health urologist to get diagnosed.

You're probably right, Old Guy.

I was diagnosed with damage to the pudendal nerve. An MRI showed the damage.
