Ok made it home. Honestly the worst part about this right now is the damn catheter, I absolutely hate it…

Pain is pretty rough. They did give me pain medication while I was undergoing surgery and some right after I woke up, but I am not going to be taking any at home the rest of the recovery. I have a past with pain pills (addiction) and that’s a slipper slope I’m trying to avoid. So the doctor recommended 2 Tylenol and 2 ibuprofen together at the same time and says that works pretty well…. Ehhhhhh it’s OK, let’s just say I wish I could take the pain meds.

My post op instructions are as follows..

-Return tomorrow for drain and catheter removal.

-No lifting more than 10 pounds for 3 weeks.

-can shower tomorrow after drains are removed, but no bath for 1 week

-ice scrotum for 20 minutes every 2 hours while awake for the first 5 days

-implant is partially inflated for 6 weeks, then I’ll have an appointment to be taught how to use the implant, after this clinic visit I am green lighted for sex

I feel VERY good about my choice to have this surgery done as well as the surgeon I chose in Dr. Dean Knoll who could probably do this procedure in his sleep.

He just recently got back from Hawaii where he was averaging 15 implant surgeries a week.

My penis right when I woke up looked amazing. It was partially inflated and, even though it wasn’t fully erect, it looked exactly the same size to me as before surgery. At that point there was ZERO swelling. I am 7 hours post surgery and my dick and balls are just now starting to swell some. I was very pleased at my partially inflated look when I saw it

Also, I got to feel my pump, definitely hard as a rock… just like the bionic cock is going to be!!!

On the way home from surgery. Everything apparently went as well as it could have. I did wake up in a tremendous amount of pain, and after a couple of hours trying to pee I was unable so
I had to get a catheter put in unfortunately….
I have my appointment tomorrow morning to get the drains removed and the catheter removed. I’ll give more details at a later date.

Glad to hear your surgery went well! Picture looks good, not a ton of bruising at least not that's shown in the image. Good luck with recovery!

Thanks brother! Yeah I’m sure there will be more bruising and swelling tomorrow but right now it looks so good.

Ok so I am waking up this morning and very concerned….

On the underside of my shaft, just below the head of my penis, there is a large squishy fluid like sac it wasn’t there yesterday. I have no idea if this is common or not. I just texted my doctors care coordinator to see if I need to come in now rather than wait until my appointment at 10.

Any thoughts?

Not very relevant. After a long cycling time, in that same spot I get tenderness. For some reason I don't get the same stretching feeling during cycling as many men describe.
Before anybody jumps to an undersized conclusion. My tips are very well into my glans. I even get some tender feelings in my perineum on occasion.
I'll be interested if you learn whats up.

Looking good and just imagine that beast is only about 50%. When you pump to 100% you’ll be able to hang your bunker coat from it no problem. Probably your helmet too. Lololol

Actually the nurse who took out my drains today said it was inflated to 25 percent… I’m having a hard time believing that though, there’s just no way… although I do hope she’s right! Haha

I had a lot of swelling in the first few weeks.
My penis and scrutum turned black, my scrotum was the size of a large grapefruit, and lots of swelling behind my glans as well.
It eventually went down, and the skin is gradually shrinking back to normal.
