I’m almost 4 week post opp also and was told to come back in two weeks. I’m now trying to speed up the healing by Submerging them in the tub and pull down on the pump. I’m not not to attempt to pump at all. Based on comments I’ve read, that may cause problems.

My sac was stuck to the pump and after using it quite frequently i would pull it to the right to pump up and when done i moved the pump button up towards the left side of sac at the base of penis away from the incision where it didn't smart so much to press the deflate button. I could feel and hear the buzz noise. If i pressed hard it would deflate fully, but if i didnt it wouldn't deflate completely. When pumping back up i could hear the click and knew i was in business. It took me 5 months to get the pump loose from sac and now hangs better. My pump still lays sideways to the left cause its a preconnected unit, but all is good.
