Who did your implant? Each doctor has a different approach and you need to follow YOUR doctor’s advice.

Feeling the pump should be obvious unless you are swollen. Finding the deflate button takes some skill. I had Dr. Eid pump me up in the office and help me find the button. I started cycling my own that evening in the bathtub.

The pump is initially as hard as a marble and requires two hands to squeeze. For the deflate button, look for the flat side with a small indention. You won’t feel it click but should feel some resistance when pressing it. Also, it’s better to hold the deflate button while using your other hand to squeeze the saline out of your penis.
