Wow
sorry for your troubles.
See if you can go with the coloplast.
I have a 24cm with 1cm RTE and I can hang a wet towel off it and it stays straight and hard
for as long as I want!
Don't settle both for your and your wife's benefit.
Received implants 10/4/19 Coloplast 24cm + 1cm RTE

Bent,

Don't know all the facts but, if you have a problem and the Doc says everything is OK. It's time for a different Doctor.

My thoughts...

Take second opinion from a different doctor who has experience with both AMS and Coloplast implants.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

MS is an AMS "Momentary Squeeze" pump. That's the only pump device that the CX and LGX are fitted with.

Wow. I had the titan for a year. Had an issue and replaced with lgx 700.

Both are pretty much the same. Pumped up fully, I am pointed at 1 o clock and difficult to push down for rear entry positions.

Sounds like you might be a little short of saline. When I am fully pumped and cannot push it down I still have a hard bulb. This was with either. I have noticed no difference with either model of implant. I pump them up hard, bulb is hard and anything but missionary is tough.

For rear entry, I pump up about 60 percent or so, then when inside add pumps till we both get comfortable.

I think there is an issue somewhere. My lgx is as hard as my titan when I am pumped up fully.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

This was the reason my Doc went with the AMS700 CX over the LGX.
