Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

Just got back from my first injection piece of cake. Took about 4 min started to get hard she sent me on my way and stayed rock hard for a little over an hour but at 1.5 hours still to hard to walk around so I iced it down some which helped but its still semi hard. I injected .3 ml she said good starting point with that I can get 3 shots out of one of my 1ml vials. She said to do the next injection at the same strength then let them know so they can adjust up or down, if anything maybe less.

How long do you guys stay hard and do you have to ice? What ML and time to stay hard is a good average don't want to hurt anything.

Thanks

40buick,
Right now, I use 70 units (0.7 ml) at 30/1/10. The next refill, I will ask for a higher formula, as I am not having pain. I hope that I can get it down to 40 units or less, like some on here, to get more use out of a 2-ml vial.

Now I have a question: Any suggestions from anyone what I should ask to be bumped up to? I'm guessing 30/2/20. Since the pain is not an issue, at least not yet.

The alprostadil (PGE1 or prostglandin E1) is the big gun of the mix but also what usually causes pain for those that have that issue. I just use mono-mix which is just alprostadil and saline at 80 MCG per ML. I only use 6 to 10 units of that mix. Look, I'm no medical professional and nothing I post should be construed as medical advice but it you're using 70 units and don't have pain issues I'd at least quadruple the alprostadil if possible. I don't know which pharmacy you use but it appears Empower offers at least a 30 / 2 / 20, Zion offers a 30 / 2 / 40 and Olympia offers a 30 / 1 / 25 as well as a 30 / 3 / 100. Personally I'd be looking at something like the 30 / 2 / 40 or even the 30 / 3 / 100 so I could cut way down on the volume but then I don't know shit. Ask your doctor.

This is not medial advice as I'm not qualified to give any. Ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

Sounds like you're on the way to getting it all sorted out.

I would assume you have already, but cranking off one or two helps relieve an overly long erection. Walking can help. Don't forget to have Pseudoephedrine on hand as that helps if you can take it.

.2 sounds like a good next step.

The pain many times resolves itself as you gain experience with the meds.

If results are consistent you might later go for a stronger mix so you can use less volume. Generally cheaper that way. It also allows you to use smaller syringes which makes "feeling" the sweet spot easier.

In 2 weeks I can try again using only .1ML and go up if needed the .3ML to much had to go get drained, I guess trial and error but with low dose I will have plenty of my 5ML to last 2 months

I'm sorry you had that bump in the road. However, it's good that a lower dose will work for you.

Just curious, did you try Pseudoephedrine?
