Can I mix trimix with bimix?

Postby oldbeek » Fri Oct 27, 2017 1:03 am

Trimix gives me sever pain at over 8 units. At 8 or less not to bad and almost gets me hard. I ordered bimix and am getting poor result in hardness department. 10 units, not useable, 30 units still not useable. Question:: could I extract 8 units of trimix then extract 25 units of bimix and see what that does?? OR should I just keep bumping up the bimix to 40 or 50 and see what happens. 12 injections and still trying to find a dose that works.

Combining the medications could be dangerous. Consult with your doctor, but my guess is the doc would say the same. Have you considered an implant? There are men your age and older who are taking that option. Just something to think about. In the meantime, keep experimenting with the bimix or trimix. It sometimes takes a while to get the dosage right.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

Tried it today. 4 units trimix with 36 units of bimix. A little pain but a rock hard that I could dance up and down using my Kegel muscles. Feels great to find what works. It lasted 1 1/2 hr then started down. Now I will go back to straight bimix and just keep ramping up till I get same result with no pain.

If you push the needle through more than one vile you are making the needle more dull when you inject. Ask your urologist about a different solution. I was on quadmix before I had an implant last February. I don't think mixing them would be a problem but you are dulling the needle.

I'm no doctor and this is just wild speculation on my part but it may be a topic worth discussing with you doctor. Maybe he'll tell you I'm full of shit.

While Papaverine is effective and is the main component of bi-mix, it is also, to my layman understanding, the ingredient most likely to cause damage. It sounds like the alprostadil is very effective on you at small amounts. I'd ask your doctor if you can develop a mix with just a tad of alprostadil so you can avoid such large doses of Papaverine. A little alprostadil pain should be OK as the pain supposedly often moderates over time as you get used to it.

As for dulling the needle with double vial insertions. I suspect that isn't a big issue. However, it's also my understanding that the needle have a lubricant on then and that may get rubbed off, which could make sticking yourself a bit less pleasant. That's also why you don't want to wipe the needle with alcohol. Again, I may be full of shit on this.

I would not mix my own potion and advise anyone else not to do it either. Professionals are professionals in their field.......go to your urologist for a consultation. You have no idea of the long term effects of mixing potions.

I am no doctor either but you will dull the needle regardless if you try to mix. Go figure.

I'm sure it's not recommended to mix your own or to mix the two. I would never recommend someone do that without having been directed by their doctor. I'm guessing a fair number of doctors would approve the practice, depending on the patient. After all, the two meds do share ingredients with the tri-mix just having the addition of alprostadil. So what he was doing is essentially increasing his bi-mix dose and adding a smidgen of alprostadil. I'm sure a little math would reveal what ratios and doses he created with his mix. I'm thinking a custom tri-mix with very little alprostadil would be the ticket. Either that or a quad-mix which adds atropine but I'm not sure exactly what role the atropine plays.
